How to interview effectively using Hr Software

You have to define a set of questions which will let your prospective employees know what you are looking for. Do not intimidate them by asking too much of negative questions like “What made you quit your previous job?” or “For how many days are you on a job hunt?” If you are required to ask such questions, make sure to ask them in a friendly manner rather than blatantly.
