How to interview effectively using Hr Software

The personal interview is an opportunity to hit the bingo of identifying the prospective talent and getting to understand the aspects of your upcoming employees. Tip 1:- Shortlist the right set of questions

You cannot ask the same set of questions and keep on repeating it with each and every candidate you meet. You have to define a set of questions which will let your prospective employees know what you are looking for.   3. What do you consider as a catalyst for your career growth? This would let the employer assess the candidate’s approach towards their career as well as life.

Tip 2:- Make the candidate feel at home.

Have a friendly smile and approach them in a way that you establish a firm rapport with them. Do not intimidate them by asking too much of negative questions like “What made you quit your previous job?” or “For how many days are you on a job hunt?” If you are required to ask such questions, make sure to ask them in a friendly manner rather than blatantly.

Tip 3:- Make sure to note the important details

These questions will make the HR sound more unprofessional.
